7-Day Exchange Policy
If you've changed your mind after making a purchase, we offer a 7-day exchange policy for unused and unworn products. To start the exchange process, please provide the original sales receipt or packing slip as proof of purchase. Delivery charges are non-refundable.
The product must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
Step 1:
Contact Astikkos customer support through WhatsApp, phone, Instagram, Facebook, or email. Share your query along with the order ID.
Step 2:
Our team will respond and guide you on the next steps. If you're not satisfied with the product, you can request an exchange within 7 days, provided the product meets the above conditions.
Step 3:
If the product needs to be returned for an exchange:
Our support team will share the warehouse address for you to send the product.
Once the product reaches our warehouse, it will be inspected for any damage.
If approved, we will process the exchange or refund. Refunds will be made via online transfer, JazzCash, or EasyPaisa.
If you want to replace the product with another item:
The replacement will be delivered to your home free of charge after we receive the original product.
